Walnut Loaf or Patties

- 4 c fresh breadcrumbs
- 2 c well cooked brown rice
- 1⁄2 c sunflower seeds (ground)
- 1 c walnuts or pecans, finely chopped
- 1 1⁄2 t Celtic sea salt
- 1 t basil
Whiz in blender
- 1 1⁄2 c water
- 1 c onion, chopped
- 1⁄2 c soy flour
- 1 t garlic powder, or 2 cloves chopped garlic
Mix together all ingredients. Firmly pack into oven dish and bake at 180o for 1 - 1 1/2 hours. May make into patties, or use in stuffed capsicum. Serve with tomato sauce, gravy or spaghetti sauce.
