- 1 packet silken tofu
- 1 tspn sweetener (coconut syrup)
- 5 tspn lemon juice
- 1/2 tspn celtic sea salt
- 2 tspn lite olive oil
Place all ingredients in food processor or blender. Process several minutes until very creamy and smooth. Make sure you process it for a few minutes to ensure the creamy texture.
Refrigerate, serve over Mexican dishes, Haystacks and baked potatoes.
Stays fresh for approximately 5 days
Serves 1 1/4 cups. Preparation time 5 minutes.
